Who we are: We are all experienced professionals from different industries and specialties but we share a common passion – to help the younger generation of doers learn through the more effective methods of coaching and mentoring. And we all believe that learning the life-skill of competence can be fun, stimulating and ultimately, rewarding.

Joal Ascalon. Joal is the most recent of our coaches. He left the corporate circus after 12 years of juggling Environmental Safety, Engineering and Manufacturing roles for a multinational consumer products company. While there, he enjoyed coaching small and multi-functional (and multi cultural) teams in diverse areas of skills and competencies. A graduate of the Philippine Science High School, he received his Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines. He is building a consulting practice in the Climate Change and Total Productive Maintenance areas – two seemingly unrelated fields. An insightful individual, Joal has the knack for drilling into the core issues and is quite capable of leading individuals and teams to deal with them.
